In this two-hour Facilitated Online Workshop, you will learn a journaling system for life transformation, and brainstorm personal development solutions with others. By the end of the workshop, you will be equipped with the necessary knowledge and tools to start changing your life in the very next day.

Silvia Bastos and Michal Korzonek are the founders of Journal Smarter, where they develop and share visual methodologies for productivity, well-being, and lifestyle design. They are regular contributors for publications such as Better Humans and Tiny Buddha. They have over 2 years of experience coaching individuals to help them level-up their health, career, and interpersonal relationships.
